New Friends Quilt Circle was established over 40 years ago by Carmen Martinez. Carmen passed away in 2023 but has left a legacy of learning, creativity and generosity.
We meet weekly on Tuesdays at 10:00 am in the basement of the senior citizen center in American Fork, in addition to a night group that meets 2 times a month, on the second and last Tuesday of the month at 7 pm. Our membership dues are $20 per year. Your dues allow you to attend any of our meetings of your choice.
Our meetings are focused on learning from one another, friendship, service and providing support for new and old quilters alike. We host a block of the month, learn a wide variety of new techniques, and collectively work on community service. Some of our meetings are dedicated to trunk shows and providing inspiration so you can create the quilts of your dreams.
